1. Our Commitment

FanLinq is a social platform connecting sports fans. We are fully committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and any form of exploitation of minors on our platform.

2. Age Requirement

FanLinq is intended for users aged 18 and older. During our onboarding process, all users must confirm they meet this age requirement before accessing the platform. Accounts found to belong to users under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and removed.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following is strictly prohibited on FanLinq:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, illustrations, or text
  • Solicitation, grooming, or enticement of minors
  • Sharing, requesting, or distributing exploitative content involving minors
  • Any communication that sexualizes or endangers children
  • Sextortion or blackmail involving minors
  • Links to external sites hosting CSAM or exploitative material

4. Detection & Prevention Measures

  • Content Moderation: We use automated content moderation systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content.
  • User Reporting: All users can report content or accounts directly within the app using our in-app reporting system. Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority.
  • Account Verification: Age verification is required during account creation.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Our moderation team actively monitors public content, chat rooms, and user-generated media for policy violations.
  • NSFW Filtering: Automated profanity and content filters are enabled by default across all community spaces.

5. Reporting & Response Procedures

When CSAM or exploitative content is identified or reported:

  1. The content is immediately removed and the account is suspended pending investigation.
  2. All relevant evidence is preserved for law enforcement.
  3. Reports are submitted to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).
  4. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant national/regional authorities.
  5. Affected users are notified where appropriate and consistent with legal requirements.

6. How to Report Child Safety Concerns

If you encounter any content or behavior that endangers children, you can report it through any of these channels:
